Alain Sauser ...

... is born in 1964 at La Chaux-de-Fonds , Switzerland in the heart of a swiss watchmakers family. After his schools, he traveled all around the world and the different cultures and visited countries will definitively have a big influence on his lifestyle and on his future career.

He started his professional  activity first as international B2B sales representative for Swiss watches brands. Then he became product manager for a Swiss established company specialized in creating and manufacturing high-end watches.

He built-up his own business in 1997 and he worked for renowned jewelers from  Paris. He also worked during many years to the creation, manufacturing of luxury watches under the behalf of a prestigious British cars Brand.

His needs in terms of freedom and independence are so huge that he decided one day to create only for his own label. Result is that in 2005, the first high jewelry watches collection under the name "alain sauser" is launched. The collection immediately caught the interest from the professionals of the field but also from the specialized medias worldwide.

This atypical jeweler did not  get satisfaction in this business where the rules are drawn by massive investments in marketing and events  - and not by the products themselves. In 2010, he decided to turn back his career in putting him out of the heavy tasks of administrating infrastructures and company. He wants to reach finally only what he likes from the first day: to create, create more and to be in direct touch with his clients.

So Alain Sauser establishes his design office and private workshop in the country where he lives above Montreux in Switzerland. This homecoming is in paradox with his will how to sell his creations: internet and only internet to warrant a unique source to his clients; an exclusive way as his products are.

Since always, Alain Sauser has his own style with products which have a very strong visual identity  which mixes sobriety, straight lines to the most sophisticated tiny details for granting the highest level of quality.

His will: to "sell" a style and not names ; design is only made of  feelings. His wish: to create limited but heavy emotionally charged products and to make them on the most affordable way for  all people who are ready to wear the exclusivity because they are as he is .... as you are .... unique.
