Items from our e-shop can be returned after approval of your written request of returning.
You can formulate such a demand during a week after your receipt of the goods. We give you then the exact procedure to follow.
Any item which has be worn and/or which is not anymore in its original packaging is excluded from our return right policy.
The concerned goods remain under your sole responsibility until we acknowledge receipt of them .
All the delivery, return costs (shipment, taxes, insurances) and administrative fees remain at your exclusive charge except if you exchange a purchased item against a more expensive one.
Refunding of the balance in your favour will take place 60-days after the receipt date of your return. Some refreshing costs can be charged.
Any demand of return must be detailed and we keep the right to reject it.
